How this site handles your information.

What we collect when you visit or write to us, why we collect it, who receives it, and how to see or remove it.

Who we are

This site is operated by ProdOps Advisory, a DBA of Ashley Stephens Consulting LLC. In this notice, "we" means ProdOps Advisory.

What we collect

When you visit the site, we use Amplitude to record how the site is used:

  • Page views: which pages you open, and when.
  • Clicks on links and buttons, including which part of the page they sit in.
  • Form interactions: when a form is started and submitted. Not what you type.
  • Session replay: a reconstruction of your visit (scrolling, clicks, page changes) so we can see where the site is unclear. Everything typed into form fields is masked and never recorded.
  • Technical details: browser, device type, screen size, the page that referred you, and an approximate location (city and country) derived from your IP address.

Amplitude sets first-party cookies to recognise a returning browser. They hold a random identifier, not your name or email.

When you send the contact form, we store your name, work email, message, and the campaign code in the page address if there is one (for example ?src=event).

Why we collect it

Analytics show us which pages are read, which are skipped, and where people get stuck, so we can improve the site. Contact form details are used only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Analytics and session replay data: 12 months, then deleted.

Contact form messages: for as long as the conversation is active, and up to two years after it ends, then deleted.

You can ask us to delete either sooner. See below.

Who else receives it

  • Amplitude, which stores analytics and session replay data on servers in the United States.
  • Supabase, which stores contact form messages.
  • Lovable, which hosts the site and processes requests to it, including your IP address.
  • Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces and receives your IP address when a page loads.

Each acts as a service provider to us and handles the data under its own terms. We share nothing else with anyone, except where the law requires it.

Turning analytics off

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site does not load Amplitude at all. Blocking cookies or using a content blocker has the same effect.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Email us at the address below and say what you would like: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address you used, so we only act on your own information.

Visitors in Canada

We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Your information is stored and processed in the United States by the providers listed above, and may be accessible to authorities there under US law. You can access and correct your information as described above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Visitors in California

You can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Changes

If we change what we collect or who receives it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
